Bone-In Ribeye $17
14 oz Bone-In, 21 day aged ribeye. The bone and perfect marbling combine to make this one of the best steaks you've ever had.
Prime Rib $18
14 Oz USDA select beef dry rubbed with our own selection of spices. Prime rib will never be the same after you try our special smoked version of this classic dinner entree.
Filet Mignon $22
8 oz USDA select beef tenderloin, aged for additional tenderness and dry rubbed for a flavorful crust. We slow smoke it to a rare temperature to infuse the meat with the unique flavor of Alderwood, and then rapidly chargrill it to order to seal in the juices. A unique take on a traditional favorite.
Marinated Breast of Chicken $12
Seasoned chicken breast marinated in an Italian style sauce, partially smoked and then chargilled to maximize juicyness, flavor, and texture.
All entrees are served with a salad of select mixed greens served on a chilled salad plate with your choice of dressing, baked potato, and our house specialty green beans mix
